Cancellation/NoShow

Cancellations has to be 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee amount to your card on file. All No show appointments will be charged 50% of appointment.

Refund Policy:

Lashesbymaai has a NO REFUND policy. If something is bothering your eyes I definitely will take a look and fix the problem.

Grace Period

There is a 15 minute grace period, after time exceeds I will cancel your appointment , it will be counted as a No Show , and you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
